We ensure your products are working, and working together in your environment. For this reason, We provide Free Customer Support to our clients for first (90) days all product purchased from VMS. We, also, offer Enhanced Maintenance packages with every product/service which includes the following:

1. Extended term phone support from knowledgeable VMS engineers
2. Next day equipment replacement
3. On-site assistance if issue remains outstanding
