Semaphore "watches" for source files within a central directory (Watch Folder) and moves them automatically through QC. You can designate watch folder settings to analyze all files according to your criteria, and then generate reports via email. This feature accommodates files originating from multiple locations or personnel, for greater processing automation.
Enhanced Report Generation
Semaphore generates comprehensive, easy-to-read reports that detail encoding statistics and alert information in a variety of formats - text, XML or HTML. You can configure Semaphore's user-friendly interface to automatically email these reports to your designated recipient list.
