MVD-440 Enabling Multi-Channel Video Captures.
Encode high-quality audio and video on your favorite notebook computer using compact, economical mobile encoding solutions from Mobile Video Devices. Smaller than the size of most external CD burners and weighing about 2.5 lbs., a MVD-440 provides the most compact and portable method of encoding on the market today. The MVD-440 is a four-channel, multi-port audio and video capture solution that can process four channels of full-motion (30fps) video and audio, from four NTSC or PAL analog sources. Housed in a separate enclosure that connects directly to your notebook's cardbus port, the MVD-440 allows you to capture audio and video for streaming, editing, or a host of other applications where mobility and quality count.
The MVD-440 is intended primarily for applications where multiple channels of video need to be captured and processed independently and includes a powerful SDK with example utilities for development of media applications supporting Video-for Widows and DirectShow.
