Accordent makes it easy to manage an event by automating mission-critical processes such as issuing IDs and passwords. Scheduling & Notification works in three easy steps. Schedule
Create events, pick a date and time, and reserve key resources such as board rooms or classrooms using Accordent's proprietary scheduling tools.
Protect
Select the audience from a list of pre-approved viewers and the Scheduling module will automatically assign unique IDs and Passwords to ensure that presentations are viewed only by those with permission.
Notify
Automatically send email notifications to all approved viewers with key information such as the presentation URL, data, and time as well as IDs and paaswords. |
