Upload slides and synchronize content from a remote terminal and control a webcast from within PowerPoint.
The PowerPoint Upload & Sync module allows non-technical presenters to prepare presentations, upload slides and synchronize content in minutes. Whether presenting off-site, at a podium, or in a conference room, the PowerPoint Upload & Sync module eliminates the need for specialized training or additional tech support staff. The result: A cost effective solution for equipping multiple rooms or laptops to give presentations quickly and easily.

PowerPoint Upload & Sync works in three easy steps.

Install
Desktop units without a full copy of PresenterPRO Enterprise Edition can be used to perform key functions of a rich media webcast. This enables organizations to equip several rooms with presentation capabilities while maintaining centralized media servers and encoders equipped with PresenterPRO.

Upload
With PresenterPRO Enterprise Edition residing on a central server, presenters can walk into a room, upload their PowerPoint slides from a remote terminal and begin presenting within minutes.

Synchronize
For non-technical users, synchronization can occur from within the PowerPoint environment. With the Upload & Sync module running in the background, PowerPoint presentations are given normally and synchronization is triggered by native PowerPoint commands.

In conjunction with the development of industry-leading presentation authoring software, Accordent Technologies provides a wide array of custom development services designed to ensure their products are perfectly aligned with your present and evolving requirements.
