Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Winnov. Hardware repairs are shipped back to customers on an average of 10 days after the hardware has been received. |

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Winnov. Hardware repairs are given priority and shipped back to customers on an average of 5 days after the hardware has been received. |
