Standard warranty guarantees the performance of hardware and software for 12 months and includes email support. Faulty systems msut be returned to WINNOV if repairs cannot be performed remotely. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Winnov. Hardware repairs are shipped back to customers on an average of 10 days after the hardware has been received. |

Guarantees the performance of hardware and software for 12 months and includes both Phone and email support. Faulty systems must be returned to WINNOV if repairs cannot be performed remotely. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Winnov. Hardware repairs are given priority and shipped back to customers on an average of 5 days after the hardware has been received. |
